"I am looking for quotes of descriptions on how the people of Thentis looked? If they were oriental in culture/physical attributes"

Answer
Hello,

Well, after searching, I find that the girls mentioned as being from Thentis are white skinned and blond. One of the men described is said to resemble Tarl, who we know is white skinned and had red hair. So I think it safe to assume that those of Thentis do not resemble what we would say are oriental in physical attributes. As for cultural, there is no such evidence of this either.

Fogaban

On a tower of Thentis I left her, kissing her, removing from my neck her clinging hands. She was crying, with all the incomprehensible absurdity of the female kind. I hauled the tarn aloft, waving back at the small figure still wearing the diagonally striped livery of the slave. Her white arm was lifted, and her blond hair was swept behind her on the windy roof of the cylinder.

Many of them were beauties, and I thought that the chain, though small, was a rich one, and that almost any man might find thereon a woman to his taste. They were vital, splendid creatures, many of them undoubtedly exquisitely trained to delight the senses of a master. And many of the cities of Gor were represented on that chain, sometimes spoken of as the Slaver's Necklace - there was a blond girl from lofty Thentis, a dark-skinned girl with black hair that fell to her ankles from the desert city of Tor, girls from the miserable streets of Port Kar in the delta of the Vosk, girls even from the high cylinders of Great Ar itself.

. . . two blond slave girls, clad in brief white, bells on their left ankles, walking together and laughing, speaking in the accents of Thentis .. .

This was prior to the death of the Warrior of Thentis, who resembled me, which had given me independent reason for coming to Ar, and in the guise of an Assassin.
