If you mean "Under Consideration" as some sort of a special designation, or a way to set aside a person, then the answer is no.
There is no status where a girl is somehow protected ahead of being collared. "You can't mess with her. She is under consideration of Fred." simply does not exist.


Sometimes during raids, women are designated as belonging to one conqueror or another, herded into a holding area and picked up after the fighting is over but this isn't the same thing.
