 Q #  Question

Tal! it seems there are some discrepencys on what is or isnt BTB in relation to the threatment of Bred slaves. I have gone across the cave, and can only find quotes into the relation of the breeding itself. not what happens afterwards. So what happens to a slave who has been bred? Is she allowed to continue serving too her masters pleasure, even among the public? or is she locked away from sight not to be seen by anyone?

Answer

If you are thinking of slaves bred for a purpose, the first example I can remember is Vika’s mother.

She looked at me directly. "My mother," she said bitterly, "- was a Passion Slave - bred in the pens of Ar."
Priest-Kings of Gor     Book 3     Page 69

There is no evidence that Parp kept Vika’s mother locked away from sight not to be seen by anyone. If, for some reason, this was a ‘requirement’, the first time a bred Passion Slave is mentioned would have been the perfect time to mention this too.

Locking away bred Passion Slaves from sight not to be seen by anyone also makes no sense when Tarl says he spent time with them in Paga Taverns.

The women I had owned, Sana, Talena, Lara, and others of whom I have not written, Passion Slaves rented for the hour in the Paga Taverns of Ko-ro-ba and Ar, Pleasure Slaves bestowed on me in token of hospitality for a night spent in a friend's compartments, had known that I was master and that had been sufficient.
Priest-Kings of Gor     Book 3     Page 73

All of this and more can be researched here.

If, on the other hand, you are thinking of the act of impregnating a slave, then this quote applies.

The effect of the slave wine endures several cycles, or moons; it may be counteracted by another drink, a smooth, sweet beverage, which frees the girl's body for the act of the male slave, or, in unusual cases, should she be freed, to the act of the lover; slave girls, incidentally, are almost never freed on Gor; they are too delicious and desirable to free; only a fool, it is commonly said, would free one.
Slave Girl of Gor     Book 11     Page 70

It makes no sense here either that this bred slave would then be locked away from sight not to be seen by anyone.

Go here and read these quotes in context. You will not find any locking away from sight not to be seen by anyone.

The person who needs to be locked away from sight not to be seen by anyone is the one who gave you this idea in the first place.
