Since there is no such thing described within the series, your guess of a meaning is as good as mine.
As with many other things, the Slaver's Kiss appears to be one of those online make-believe phenomenon that has spread across numerous websites, with no basis in reality.
I did do a Google search and found where this is described as "she goes to the floor on all fours ...her head lowered to the ground ...buttocks high in the air ...thighs widely spread ...her slaves heat exposed, she is ready for kiss of the whip or whatever else her Master wants." on more than one site.
And yet another site says in parentheses, "(note this is not in the books)".
If it's not in the books, why the hell would you have it on your website?
Perhaps the purpose is to add to the glut of misinformation in order to confuse the uniformed looking for the truth.
In any event, there is no such thing as a "Slaver's Kiss".
