If you're talking about slave squabbles, then there are many quotes throughout the books which tell us, for the most part, how these tensions are handled. (or lack thereof)

On the other hand, if you are talking about real life, then I can offer my own example. For about a year, I had two girls living in my home. It simply did not work out and it was causing tension for me. So I told one of them she had to go.
