Your question is way too broad. I cannot begin to answer with a few quotes. Bits and pieces of information are scattered throughout the entire series.
Book 3, Priest-Kings of Gor, mentions that a Priest-King piloted the ship that brought Tarl to Gor (the first time). But it is way more common for this to be done by humans, either working for the Priest-Kings or much more likely, working for the Kurii.
Book 32, Smugglers of Gor, is written, in part, by one of the Case of Slavers. It has some details on the Voyage of Acquisition.
And then Book 7, Captive of Gor, Book 11, Slave Girl of Gor, and Book 14, Fighting Slave of Gor, are just three which describe the “process” of the abduction.
