However, I do not own the most recent books that require purchase before publication, such as Avengers of Gor. So my question is, what does Gor say regarding the multiple genders of today, or a potential kajiri preferring to be kajira?

Answer
There is the relationship hinted at between Appanius and his slave Milo which could describe Appanius as being a gay male. This is in Book 25, Chapters 19 and more so in Chapter 25.
In the Barrens there are the Sames, first mentioned in Book 17, Chapter 14. I would, in my limited opinion believe these might be referred to as non-binary.
But nowhere with which I am familiar, is anyone mentioned who is transgender.
