The short answer is no.
Certainly if the slave was once a Free Woman (which most were) she would be familiar with religion and praying. But this, in no way, transfers to her as a slave.
Slaves are not even permitted in temples. There is no such thing (during a serve) where the slave prays for the Free's good health, or good fortune or anything else.
I have never been in one of these temples. Slaves, like other animals, are not allowed within. It is felt they would defile such places. They may wait, however, in special, small, walled areas outside the temples, usually at the back or sides, where their presence will not prove distractive or offensive to free persons.

In her training, of course, she had heard some of the instructrices speak of Priest-Kings but she herself had been taught no prayers or ceremonies pertaining to them. She had once inquired about them, but she had been informed that such matters were not the concern of animals, and she, of course, as a slave, was an animal.
. . .
Slaves, incidentally, as other animals, verr, tarsks, and such, are not permitted within the precincts of the temples, lest the temples be profaned.
