"I'm looking for a specific quote/thread from "Hunters of Gor" where Sheera and Verna are leveling crossbows at Tarl in the
Forest. I cannot find the page #, nor the whole paragraph (or anything leading up to and just after that specific quote). I'm wondering if perhaps the preceeding or following lines state if they were using calvary crossbows in particular. "

Here is the quote that you spoke of:

"They are here," said a voice at my side, that of a woman. It was Sheera. At
my other side stood Verna, she, too, with a crossbow. The women held the
bows leveled.

Now, as to the type of crossbow they were holding, the page just before this
one says this:
I had slain one man with a crossbow.
Therefore it can be reasoned that these were standard crossbows used by men
in general. If you have access to Book 8 perhaps you will be able to search
more information to you satisfaction.
